  • Do Your Products Contain Allergens?
    Our basic pickles, jellies, jams and mustards are gluten-free and vegan. However, some specialty varieties may contain allergens. Each product label clearly lists all ingredients, and we process in a facility that handles common allergens.
  • What If My Product Arrives Damaged?
    We take extra care in packaging, but if you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours with photos (so we can process any claim for products damaged by the shipper) and we'll gladly replace your order.
  • How Long Do Your Products Stay Fresh?
    Our handcrafted pickles, jellies, jams and mustards stay fresh for up to 12 months when unopened and stored in a cool, dark place. Once opened, consume within 4-6 weeks while refrigerated.
  • Can I Recycle or Reuse Your Jars?
    Yes! Our jars can be sent to a recycle facility. And our jars have "standard openings" that can be reused for home canning (with new lids and rings).
  • Do You Offer Wholesale Options?
    Yes, we offer wholesale pricing for retail partners. Please contact us directly for wholesale information and minimum order requirements.
  • Do You Ship Your Products?
    Of course! Yes! We carefully package our preserves and ship throughout the continental United States. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and our system finds the lowest possible cost from all of the major shippers. Also, if you are within a 30 mile radius of Port Deposit, we deliver!
  • What Makes Your Products Different From Store-Bought Ones?
    Our entire line of products are are made using traditional methods, premium locally-sourced ingredients, and family recipes. We never use artificial preservatives or accelerated processes common in commercial products.
  • How Should I Store My Products?
    Unopened jars should be stored in a cool, dark place. After opening, always refrigerate. Also for pickled products ensure the vegetables remain submerged in brine to keep them fresh.
